Airtel Using WeChat App For Customer Care Service (Does this mean That Airtel is now On WeChat?)

Airtel Just sent me the above message a while ago, does this mean that Airtel is now using the WeChat Application to reach their Customers and solve their problems?  If this is true then it's going to be a great Boost to the WeChat Application as most Airtel Users will most likely be downloading this Application that has kind of been in the shadow of Facebook and WhatsApp Applications.

Although no official announcement have been made but with the Screen Shot of the message from my phone above it seems like Airtel are going another whole level of reaching their customers.
