Program Notes
General Info:1- The program written in VB.NET 2008 using OLE DB connection with MS ACCESS 2007
2- You need to install .NET Framework 3.5 or later in order for the program to work or just install VB.NET 2008 or later in the computer and it will work.
3- Maybe you need to change the format of the date format in your computer to be dd/MM/yyyy. You can do it as follows:
- Click on Change date and time button
- Click on Change Calendar Settings link
- Click on Date tab
- Then enter dd/MM/yyyy in the Short Date textbox then click on OK
4- After you install the program, you should open the program. At the beginning it will show you and error message. This error message because the program do not have a connection with any database. Sample of the error code below.

If you see this error message this means you didn’t choose the database file, you should simply click on Settings link in the Login form and then select the DB Location and click on Save. Once that is done, simply close the program and reopen it again and it will work. If the error still display, simply choose the data base in the settings form and click on save, then click on settings link again to make sure the program has saved your settings.
5- DO NOT forget that the system connects with an MS ACCESS database (.accdb), DO NOT select a wrong format file, because the program will NOT work this way.
6- Another Problem you are likely to encounter the Database Engine 12.0 if it is not Installed follow the Link below and Install the Database Engine 12.0 then try following the procedures again to access the Application.
The above error occur because you don’t have the database engine 12.0 provider installed in your system to fix this error follow the link below to download
